BYOB ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT POLICY

Alcohol is to be consumed in a responsible manner. Intoxication by any guest is strictly prohibited and will be subject to security measures. Any guest who arrives intoxicated will be denied admission. Guests are to maintain an appropriate standard of behavior for the safety and enjoyment of those attending the event. Adults 21 and older only, please. 

ID’s will be checked at door.

Schedule

6:30 pm Arrive with Pot Luck-Heavy Meat Appetizer
7:00 pm Blessing, Lighting of Fires, Live Music Begins, Supper Served
8:30 pm Band Break; Announcements; Drum Circle of Hope led by Drum Master
9:00 pm Band Resumes


Please bring any type drum or shaker. All beats will be simple and easy to follow.
A Drum Master will be conducting the Drum Circle of Hope in memory of all victims who have lost their lives due to relationship abuse, offering hope to those currently affected by relationship abuse and peace to those who have lost loved ones.  Dancers and Hoopers are welcome. When the band takes a break at 8:30 p.m we will begin by gathering in a circle around the firepit.

From Winston-Salem...Take Interstate 40 West. Exit at Farmington Road. Left on Farmington Road. Right on Hwy 158 (Stratford Rd) Left on Milling Rd. Rt on Bethel Church Rd. Left on John Crotts Road. #428 on the right. Look for kerosene lanterns at end of the driveway.

From Statesville...Take Interstate 40 East. Exit at Hwy 601 Mocksville. Right on Hwy 601. Continue Straight on Hwy 64 East toward Lexington. Left on John Crotts Road. #428 on the left. Look for Kerosene lanterns at end of the driveway
